After this, we’ll jump on the bikes again travel through some amazing valley terrain where you’ll experience a number of different kinds of vegetation and ecosystems. After a quick stop at the historical San Lorenzo Fort we’ll head to the beautiful town of Portobelo where you’ll be staying in a comfortable hotel near the ocean, with time to spend on your own for the remainder of the third day of your Extreme Sports and Activities Travel Package in Panama. After another hearty breakfast on the morning of your Extreme Sports and Activities Travel Package in Panama, we’ll take a boat out to the reef for an unforgettable morning of snorkeling in the clear sea. We’ll then come back to the hotel for lunch, and get on our way back to Panama City for a short flight to the town of David. On this fifth day of the Extreme Sports and Activities Travel Package in Panama, we’ll take a drive after breakfast to Rio Chiriqui Viejo, near the border of Costa Rica. The Chiriqui Viejo River boasts class3-4 rapids, so it’ll be sure to exhilarate you on your Panama mountain and jungle vacation. The river cuts through the beautiful rainforest where you’ll see plenty of tropical wildlife. For the sixth day of your Extreme Sports and Activities Travel Package in Panama, it's time to put on the hiking boots. We'll head off towards a cascading waterfall in the Falling Waters Nature Reserve, follow along the ancient path of pre-Columbian Indians into a remote virgin cloud forest on the edge of the Volcan Baru National Park, Along the trail you'll see a meandering creek called the Quebrada La Mina, and many birds that are part of the 220 bird species native to the area. If you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the rare Resplendent Quetzal. Also on the sixth day of your Panama mountain and jungle vacation, you'll experience mysterious pools where the pre-Columbians panned for gold, caves where they found the clay they used to make artisan vessels, an underground tavern, a picnic at the base of a waterfall, and an invigorating waterfall shower to rejuvenate. Early afternoon on the sixth day of the Extreme Sports and Activities Travel Package in Panama, we'll head back to Boquete to wildlife refuge called Paradise Gardens, then slumber at the hotel in Boquete.
